In its developing stages, RCCP is willing to take on the challenge of providing resources to the people of the Old Central and Carver Park communities in order to effect a change for a better living environment. We are a non-profit corporation and we seek your ideas, comments, and donations for a better tomorrow.
Mission: Rebound Central Carver Park concentrates on the revitalization of the Old Central and Carver Park communities from the impoverished state it has acquired over numerous decades into a flourishing community held with pride by its people. With programs focused on current issues within the community such as Plan Parenting, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Mental Health/Mental Retardation, Recidivism, and Juvenile Delinquency we plan to educate the citizens who live in these communities in order to be productive citizens in the city of Galveston and beyond. Also by encouraging small and large businesses to develop and expand in these neighborhoods, we plan to increase the economic status of the Old Central and Carver Park communities by increasing employment opportunities and accessibility to programs and services.
